What is a science museum?

A science museum is a building or place that is used to hold all kinds of historical objects and ideas. It is the place where individuals can come to and visit. As most science museums are public property, it means that the governments fund the science museum in the hope to enrich their fellow people.

Most science museums will have all kinds of things such as replicas or the real objects from the past. Most of the objects and topics found in science museums are about the history of the world. It is therefore a way to preserve the knowledge and human understanding of particular topics that have been found in the world. This might include dinosaurs or the Egyptians.
